Record international Lothar Matthew expects in summer with a change from national player Karim Adeyemi from RB Salzburg to the football Bundesliga - preferably to Borussia Dortmund.
"He will not stay in Salzburg for a long time. He would be a good transfer, the contacts to Dortmund are there," said the 60-year-old at a press discussion of a wart provider (Interwetten) in Munich.
According to Bundesliga insider Matthew, a change from Adeyemi is not fixed yet. The contract of the 20 year old attacker at the Austrian master runs until mid-2024. In conversation is a transfer fee of around 30 million euros. "I think it's very far with Dortmund," said Matthew. Also World Class Starter Erling Haaland had changed from Salzburg to BVB two years ago.
Adeyemi has risen to the international this season and leads the scorer's list of the Austrian Bundesliga with 14 hits. On Wednesday, the native of Munich with Salzburg enters the champions League against FC Bayern, where he had been temporarily trained as a teenager.
